A: Daughter’s Room only ships within Australia.

A: Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

Q: Are returns free?

A: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
